15 years ago when I first tried Ritos Green Chili Burrito Enchilada Style at one of their other locations, I said this is the best burrito I've ever had! This new location doesn't disappoint! If you haven't tried them do yourself a favor and and click the order button!

I normally love Rito's , The mesa location messes up order on the regular often forgetting items , or making orders incorrectly . This for me only happens at the mesa location . Worse is when I called they confirmed they made the mistake. No remediation just were sorry . Would recommend going to Garfield location from now on .

We've loved Ritos for years and years, but recently we've had terrible food from the Mesa location. We've had to ask for a refund on the last 2 orders and a couple in the past. I always get a bean burrito enchilada style and recently the beans taste awful. Last night the beans tasted burnt. When you pay 17+ dollars for the a burrito, it should be good. Wish they'd take more pride in the food they make. It's been very disappointing.

Ritos is NEVER a disappointment! It's our favorite place to get our green chili fix! The portions are huge, the quality of food is fresh, and you just can’t beat the price. We will be back for sure =)
