The cake arrived chilled so the frosting fell off. The cake was dry, the frosting was quite bland and tasted old. For $36, I expected so much more.

I ordered the 'try a trio.' Well, somehow I got two slices of the confetti cake and none of the vanilla rainbow. No one asked if I was willing to accept a substitute or preferred a refund on a slice. I'm very disappointed. This was my first time purchasing and possibly my last. This review is solely on the absent customer service.
