Ordered a $11.69 Beef Gyro with onion and tomato, bread, and small Hummus. Beef Gyro showed up with a wilted greens, 2 thin slices of onion, and 3 thin slices of meat. 1000% not worth the price. Bread and Hummus were good, but definitely feel like the sandwich was a scam.

Probably the last time I order from here. I order the same thing every time and they usually forget something. This last time I ordered a large hummus and they gave me the small portion and spread it around to make it look like a large. They charged me $20 for about half a cup of hummus. Too bad because the food is good. I just don't trust them. Food is way too expensive in the first place.

Please be mindful when ordering from Shibam- they have you tic off the items that you want instead of the items to be removed (like 99% of other online ordering). I got a fatoush salad with feta only and a shish tawook sandwich tomatoes only. It was an expensive, tasteless lesson.

Small portions for the price. Chicken Shawarma Sandwich was good but once again kinda small for the price compare to the other places around. Garlic wasn't very strong but overall okay. I feel like for the price I'd rather go to taboons or Tetas.

We finally found our Chicken Shawarma place!
I'm from Detroit, where it's hard to beat the middle eastern food. Trying to find any good international cuisine around here is hard.
But finally, Shiba was what we were looking for.
The chicken was well seasoned, cooked perfectly, and juicy!
The rice was soft and flavorful.
The Hummus was honestly the best I've had from a restaurant.
The garlic sauce was great too. You can tell they put time and effort because it doesn't burn your mouth, meaning that they've found the secret balance with prepping without triggering an overwhelming allicin response.
We will be back, and we'll be regulars!
