This is the BEST Birria tacos I have ever had!!! The 8 Oz Consommé Broth has so much flavor, I can drink it by itself. I thought I would need an additional consommé for the Double Stacked Beef Birria Quesadilla, but one cup is more than enough.

Got the Tejas Platter and the 4 Beef Birria Flautas Filled with Melted Cheese. Everything was carefully packaged, especially the consome so nothing spilled. The tacos weren't soggy either and were even a bit crispy. The salsa had the perfect amount of kick that the consome, no matter where you go so this isn't a negative, lacks. Absolutely appreciate having it; elevated every. Definitely reordering.

the quesibirria tacos were minimally stuffed with oaxaca cheese & a little birria & the kids birria quesadillas had no birria. don't waste your money here unless you want a subpar meal with your kid.

Is there a reason the COLD capri sun and yogurt were on top of the taco??? Not only is my kids quesadilla cold but also smushy from the condensation of the juice and yogurt!
The "flautas" had good flavor.

So glad that these guys are on door dash dash now!! Best birria ive ever had ! Food was amazing! Def recommend the Birria Ramen.
