I placed an order for Kids Peanut Butter Jelly* and they were out of peanut butter and jelly so without reaching out they refunded my order. My dasher because she was a mom messaged me and said she tried to get them to replace it but they were rude and wouldnt do it. As it is food for a child why would you give the adult food and the child nothing? Secondly, I ordered the Italian Caprese Sandwich and there is no way it has two cheeses on it as I can see the bread when I open it. Im highly disappointed in their customer service as well as their food.

Didn't get straw for iced coffee, no sauce on bowl and no salsa for breakfast taco. Ordered 2 coffees, breakfast bowl & taco so not much and forgot several things. Bowl for $13 is crazy for small amount you get. More like a side size than a bowl.

Not good, especially for $40. Coffee tasted flat and weird, like gas station coffee. Bagel sandwich was rubbery, dry. Bummer.
