The Chicken Pesto Panini is phenomenal. My favorite "spoil me" lunch. The panini bread is a rosemary focaccia and sooo delicious; hearty enough to hold it all together, thin enough to not be overpowering. The chicken breast is perfectly cut & seasoned. This sandwich is HUGE, so you definitely get your money's worth. Half for lunch & half for dinner. Can't beat it!
