Nouveau Mexican at its best! Next level cooking at an affordable price. the blackened salmon was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. Will return, for sure.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Pleasanton. I have eaten here many times and the quality and taste of the food is consistent and top notch. The chef offers a unique twist on the food and it's apparent he cares about what he presents from the kitchen. I agree with another reviewer in regards to this chef getting a Michelin star or at least a "nod."
I highly recommend the chile relleno, it's my favorite! Plus you can sub brown rice on any dish.

So I love flautas but am often disappointed by way too much filling or shells that you have to tug on with your teeth like taffy. The Pork and Plantain Flautas were neither. The filling was exactly the right amount and really flavorful and unique. The shells crunched perfectly. Even with a small bite they stayed intact and the filling stayed inside. The black beans, rice, and salad were also very tasty.

Chicken Enchiladas have a mole sauce that's so good. We have also asked for some to-go when we went in-store on a sep occasion. Blackened Salmon was fantastic. Didn't think i would like the watermelon, but ended up eat everything.

The flavors were so muted, wasn't quite authentic. The steak in the fajitas was very tough and overall expensive when you take that into account
