I hate leaving bad reviews but I had to with this store. I just ordered a drink from this store via DoorDash. I thought it would be Woodbury location because it usually is. I have no idea why DoorDash defaulted to the white bear lake location. Anyways, I ordered a white chocolate pistachio nitro nirvana. I’ve ordered this drink probably 20x in the last couple months from the Woodbury location and it’s never tasted like this. I don’t even know if I got the same drink? There’s absolutely no flavor to the drink from the white bear lake location. Actually I lied. It tasted like if you were going to take old coffee grounds from a brewed pot of coffee from years ago and then add room temp water to it. I’m so disappointed. I can’t even drink this. It is Saturday morning. So whoever is working Saturday morning at the white bear lake location on Dec 23rd needs a lot of training or better work ethic. I get it. It’s probably a busy time but where’s the work ethic? I would not go out of my way to leave a review if I didn’t know what this drink is supposed to taste like. This is not it! No drink should taste this way. Unfortunately since I ordered it from DoorDash there’s nothing I can do and I’m out of that $9 plus the delivery fee for a drink I can’t even drink. I will never go to the white bear location and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

This store is awfully inconsistent. I'll order the same drink two days apart and one will taste delicious and the next time it will be down right disgusting. I really don't get it because when you order the same drink from caribou or Starbucks, it always tastes the same. I took a break from dumb brothers because of this. When I saw the new pistachio protein latte I wanted to give it a shot. So I ordered it on a Sunday and it was so good! It's now Thursday and I ordered it again and it tastes like old coffee grounds with cold water. There's no pistachio flavor. It's the most frustrating thing. I will not be ordering from here again and I'll probably tell everyone else I know not to order from here either.
