I ordered a regular sized brownie and to my surprise, I opened the box to only two minis... which is the equivalent to only half a brownie. I'm so disappointed since I paid full price for a full brownie.

The cookies came looking like the photos and reviews. The lemon cookie came without sprinkles and the Hershey cookie came shaped like a spear. There was also a very odd baking soda/powder taste throughout the cookies that made it unpleasant. Hopefully crumbs will do better in the near future!

I order these waaaay to often. The blueberry cookies are amazing. The lemon poppyseed - omg! They are never warm when I receive them, but the microwave solves that. As for my addiction to them... unsolved and unresolved.

Hit or miss at this location. Never use the crumbl app bc it's so hard to get a refund when they mess up, which is often. The cookies are good but the staff is lazy at times. They put the Jam one under the hot peanut butter one. They other came completely melted
