This is my guilty pleasure on payday. Hot and delicious, reminiscent of burgers of my childhood. Fresh ingredients that just taste better.
I would say the one thing negative, this is the 5th time of not getting ketchup. Plan ahead, have ketchup on the ready.

Still a repeat customer back for more. Everything arrived in perfect condition nice and warm, with plenty enough napkins to boot. Will be returning again. Repeat customer. Tried them once at a fundraiser, and now I can't get enough of them. One of the only restaurants that cook the burgers like you're at your family's homemade outdoor barbecue. The sauce ain't needed, but it's well-received if you don't like to eat burgers plain.

I ordered a combo, did not receive my shake. The dasher said the machine was down. I called restaurant and was told they sent the shake. I was told I can come get it, if not, there's nothing they can do. I said I will report the dasher and before I could say anything else he said have a good day and disconnected the call!
