I'm a huge Santuccis fan for 18 years but always pick up my food. 1st time delivery was a huge disappointment. my steak and Steak & Cheese with Everything (12") sandwich was cold, soggy and stuck to the paper wrapper. the wrapper was wet and torn by the time the food arrived. the meat Meatball & Cheese (10") was still hot and fresh. the bread was toasted well and even with the extra cheese was wrapped properly so the paper and foil came off without sticking. I think its best to order in person and pick up your own food.

Reuben Sandwich was really good. Def doesnt need extra cheese. Chicken Alfredo was disappointing, bland and oily. Great customer service - when they ran out of Chicken Fontina they offered something else, and threw in 3 extra cookies. Thank you :)

My Philly Cheesesteak-12" was lacking for a $20 sandwich I expected more but it didn't deliver. It didn't taste bad but, the portion sizes were much more before.
