came with pickles, when I ordered none. burger was cut in half as asked, but it was cut thru the wrapper, so burger had bits of paper stuck on all the cut face. bun was hard like it had been sitting under heat lamp for an hour. frys were stale.

the patty melt was legitimately missing most if not all of its toppings, the bread wasn't even toasted, and the only thing melting here was my taste buds after the raw jalapeno slices they absently tossed on.

Mozzarella sticks were burnt but yet cold. The chicken sandwich was rubbery inside and cold.
