Oh. My. Goodness! First off, I was so excited to try this Birria Grilled Cheese that i forgot to take a pic before the first bite. And it did not disappoint! The filling was flavorful and stuffed, and it was grilled to street taco perfection in the form of grilled cheese!
I do feel like last time I got the Birria Esquite (Corn in a Cup) it was late in the day where it had marinated in the consome longer(so it was even better!), but it's so so good.
It's clear why AJs is #1 y'all.

BEST TACOS OF MY LIFE! I order every week and they better and better. They're gaining more popularity and I couldn't be happier for this small business!!
One thing though! My consume was not even half full compared to the full serving I normally get. I've included a picture- I hope this won't become a normal thing and was just a mistake.
The horchata is fresh and it's better than it's ever been lately!! I always order two!

The taste of the food was just ok. The portion was pretty good for $20 but I can't imagine what the cost would have been without my 35% off. So def not worth the regular cost. I didn't receive the narrow sauce Quesabirria taco with Cheese as you see it is pictured with the liquid soup. The taco shells are not a fav either. Very dry! All the sauces were spicy too. Wish that had been more explicitly stated. I would eat here again but only in the establishment. They were fast tho. Freshness was mentionable, sure. The Shrimp / Camarón shrimps were tasteless honestly & the chicken in my opinion was cooked well but bc of the dry shell and dry onions & cilantro, made everything too dry to really enjoy.
