empire cake is another level of great. we are so lucky in NYC. we have so many great places with sweet things. empire cake is my new favorite, and a recent discovery! every treat I have gotten from Empire has knocked my socks right off! their version of a Twixx bar is magnificent. their vanilla and chocolate snowballs-oh my goodness! the Brooklyn blackout snack cake is scary good. I cannot recommend empire enough! my new favorite place for sweets! and my new go-to!
