The burger is so flavorful and juicy the fries are crispy I didn't even know this place was in Roswell I'm hooked will most definitely return back the burger was of good size and the fries were a good amount everything was frest

Absolutely incredible tasting burger, and it's huge. Hard to get it all in one bite, but it's without a doubt worth the effort. Fries are nothing special but nothing to complain about. 9/10

valley Cafe is wonderful! their food is home cooked best! the portions are large and their jalapeno poppers are excellent! the kids chicken strip dinner is a wonderful value!

Chef Anthony mentioned how everything there can be made to order. I had my chicken and sweet potato fries baked instead of grilled to avoid cross contamination w/things I am sensitive to. The portions are filling and the items are always fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this place and will be eating here again. They have a large eating area w/a couple of big screen TVs, as well several games and pool tables. If you haven't eaten here yet, you're missing out!

The carillon is so salty it is inedible. The steak fingers were good but the Macne cheese anegravy had little flavor at all and the gravy too salty also. Disappointing. Especially when we ordered the largest size of Caldillo Soup. .
