Last time the -go to- French dip was not as great as it used to be but must've had an off day because today its delicious and I would like some more. Asap.
I ordered it for takeout but inside Carolyns is like cheers the tv show in a way. Its where everybody knows your name. The staff is awesome and quick, the chefs are quick and make insanely yummy everything on the menu. Just pl try it. I put on extra stuff from home on my food, ALWAYS, andfrom everywhere so dont let my photos be your guide. Just showing the yumminess.

• 26-09-18Pick up was so amazing!! These employees are on it!!! I put in a huge order during rush breakfast time and I made quite a few adjustments to the meals but every single one was made correct with no mistakes! The California Scrambler and the Chili Verde Omelet were top hits!

Take my advice and order extra Au Jus to dip your fries in. You won't be disappointed. You could also thicken the Au Jus using flour/starch or whatever you're supposed to use. Don't thicken much as you want the savory OG Au Jus to taste perfect. Then add the shreds of roast beef that fall off and maybe some cheese and dip em in the Jus.
Invention is superb !!!

• 22-01-12The best country breakfast restaurant by far. Great friendly and fast customer service every time. I've tried almost everything on the menu and it's all delicious. Of course the coffee cake is a must try!

• 25-03-06The Frenchdip with fries is delicious. Stuffed with tender roast beef complimented with different cheeses and red onion. To seal the deal they have yummy au jus.
The fries are twice fried so theyre extra crispy on the outside and mushy in the middle. They are like special treat for the soul. :).
Thats it for my review because im going to eat it now. Yaaaayyyyy
