Amazing as always. I grew up on potbelly's so I have nothing bad to say. The hot peppers on ANY sandwich is divine if you like spice. Reheats well also in case you can't finish the whole thing in one sitting (oh I should mention I always order BIG...it's worth the money).

Got the BIG Ham and Swiss, added hot peppers, lettuce, and mayo...delicious as always! Hot peppers were a beautiful touch for that extra kick! Also grabbed an IBC Cream Soda and an Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie. Cookie was soft and flavorful and everyone loves a good cream soda. Would definitely order again from this store. Very fresh and great portion size for the BIG option!

Sandwich was just ok. Room temperature with very little sauce luckily I added options or it would have been plain. Mac and cheese was fire! It was warmer than the sandwich thankfully. They made the dasher wait and he was the second dasher! I would NOT recommend this place.

Potbelly's is always the JAM! Chili was perfect from the texture to the taste! Oh... my bad boy the Italian! Perfecto! Love the Bread and Ingrediants. Well done!

I'm not sure if I will order from here again or not. The food arrived quickly and hot. The flavors were good. But the portions were lacking. Barely any grilled chicken on the sandwich, I didn't find the bacon at all, and the veggies were very sparse. The $8 bowl of soup was good but not even filled up close to the top. I added the photo of my meal to help you decide if you want to order from there.
