• 24-06-21Teriyaki Tofu is SOOOO GOOD. Im happy it is back on the menu. The teriyaki sauce has that perfect touch of sweet without being sugary. This dish hits the spot every time. If you are a tofu lover just try it! Green Tea Cheesecake was also fantastic. Small slice hits just right.

• 23-11-11This used to be our favorite restaurant in Knoxville. We learned they had new management, changed the name and drastically shortened the menu, but we decided to give it a try. The Tonkotsu broth arrived and it had a very strange ammonia odor. Couldn't eat that. The noodles and toppings thankfully came separate from the broth. The chashu used to be cooked and seasoned perfectly - now it's chewy and flavorless. So sad to lose such a great establishment
