Super Combination Platter-taco arrived separately packed so was hot and crisp- had to dig into it first and it was delightful. Generously sized tamale -good red chile

Delicious! The refried beans are super yummy! The perfect taste and texture. Love the a la carte tacos... very reasonable price and generous portions... Love the salsa. The red chile sauce on the enchilada and tamale is a bit too salty for my taste, but otherwise, everything was very yummy! Dasher was very nice! The guac was just right!

The chimi itself was fine. The sides, eh. I didn't get the addition of sour cream (which I paid for). The "side" of guac (for which I paid $3.50) would have fit in a McDonald's ketchup cup. Disappointing.

I am, admittedly, wimpy when it comes to super spicy food, so I ordered the Christmas sauce on the side. I did try both, and they were very flavorful, but a bit too spicy for me. However, the food itself was very tasty, and I used the salsa that came with my taco on everything...it was delicious and perfect for me! I think someone who likes spicier food would really enjoy the sauces, though. The taco was especially crispy, fresh, and tasty! I also ordered extra cheese, and it was obviously extra. As someone just passing through and not sure where to order from, I made a good choice!

The chimichanga Chimichanga Platter was burnt and blackened and simply inedible; I had to throw it away. I had also requested lettuce, tomato, and sour cream, which I paid extra for, but none of them were included. The meat in the stuffed Stuffed Sopapilla Platter was too salty and there was only a spoonful of the beans. It's disappointing because we've had better from Monroe's but after tonight, I doubt we will order again.
