Amazing Tacos! Delicious! I ordered Tripa de Res tacos 8/10 and Barbacoa (Cachete de Res) 10/10. Very flavorful. Didn't get 5 stars because I felt it didn't have enough meat! The carnitas and tripa de cerdo are really good too!!!

I just ordered the tacos de tripa and the quesadilla and truthfully, I'm very disappointed. I've gone to eat in person and it's been amazing! I recommend this food truck to everyone. However, this is my first time ordering delivery and the food was not good. The tripa tasted bitter and burnt with no flavor. It's also soaked in oil rather than than crispy. And the quesadilla is so greasy. The paper that they use also bleeds the color onto the food and it is not appetizing to see. My cheese is pink/red and I don't want to eat red paper dye. I can't even finish my meal :( I guess I can only order food in person. I will not be ordering again from DoorDash.
