Request for Full Refund:
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered two California Classic Double Cheeseburger Combos, but both arrived with only one patty each. Additionally, the fries were old, hard, overly salted, and inedible. The burger patties were burnt, extremely thin (approximately 1.3 inches or 33mm), and drowned in mayonnaise.
This experience was far from satisfactory, and I am requesting a full refund for my order.

The gravy tasted like chemicals why is that? I've ordered biscuits and gravy before and never had that problem with the gravy but today it tasted like chemicals. I couldn't eat it. The hashbrowns were good. The burrito was good, but the gravy was not good and I got an extra order.

They are one of my favorite fast food joints their lunch and dinner food is really good, but their breakfast is so tasty. Plus they have some of the best jalapeno poppers around.
