Best burrito bowl I have ever had!! The bowl was actually full! the chicken was seasoned, the veggies were fresh! The chips were not stale!! my faith is restored in the restaurant

The chicken was basically inedible. It contained a lot of gristle and only a few pieces you could eat. Very disappointing. Can get it replaced or a refund because it doe qualify? Food is way too expensive to purchase something you can't eat.

$23 dollars later barely anything in this chicken burrito bowl plus no guacamole which I paid for. The food that was in there tasted pretty good. Sobim super disappointed by the portion and incorrect order

The burrito was so small and the tortilla was hard around the edges. It was more tortilla than ingredients. The filling was good but definitely too little.

Very inconsistent. I always go with a Burrito Bowl with chicken. The issue is how inconsistent their seasoning is. Sometimes the chicken isn't even salted. Given that chipotle takes from a Mexican rice bowl, it is supposed to have multiple flavors dancing on your tongue.
It neither has spice, seasoning or the acidity.
You know you've failed when beans are the most seasoned part of the bowl.
