I received my sandwich very quickly and it was very good but I also ordered a bottle of iced tea that I did not get

Twice in a row ordering the buy one get one ultimate sandwich. only one was delivered. I was credited last time but if happened again tonight. Love Wimpys but something is wrong with process between them and Door Dash.

For the second time in a row, the Wimpys buy one get one free offer did not come through. Door Dash delivered again and I only received one ultimate sandwich. I was credited half of the deal last time and I hope for more this time. Once is understandable but two times consecutively with the same restaurant is a problem and a major inconvenience. I love Wimpys food, but I don't trust their process for ensuring the accuracy of what is being delivered and what is paid for.
