The burrito bowl and burrito were super bland today. The steak was really chewy. This was also the second time in a row that they left out an item all together or charged $4 for the smallest 3/4 cup of Side of Queso Blanco.

Ordered a Burrito Bowl from here about a month ago and received it underfilled with hardly any meat in it and 90% lettuce. Decided to give them another chance and ordered the same Burrito Bowl and again received it underfilled with hardly any meat and 90% lettuce. Really has cheeped out on the quality and is very overpriced for what you get. Just go to hot head burrito.

The rice was hard. I paid extra to double the steak, there wasnt much for a single order. The lettuce was brown and white. It was made so sloppy too. Just gross.

I paid $30 for a child size portion bowl, missing 2 ingredients, and the meat that I paid extra for, I only got about 5 small pieces of steak. The rice was still hard, and the chips were stale, not crispy. Very disappointed, that is way too much money!!

VERY small portioning (ordered a chicken burrito, pretty much received a burrito with a few beans n rice), wet chips that folded instead of breaking; but it was the "healthiest" option- we really got to find a new place to go
