all very fresh. everything was great. spider hand roll had nice crunch to it, the lemon in the 3 amigos was actually tiny pieces of juicy lemon pulp,rather than the rind,which I enjoyed, and the calamari batter was clean and portion was very generous. would order again!

Fujiyama Roll (6pcs) was really great !! Great flavor for the sauces and crab salad. The tempura shrimp was also perfectly crispy and not super chewy, which I prefer.

the rice was nice and soft, no hardness to it and the sushi was phenomenal. and oh my goodness the mochi was very delicious and delivered well packaged and still cold!

Weird ratios of meat to rice, sometimes too much meat even. The sushi rolls are not regular rolls. They are seaweed cones with odd amounts of stuff crammed in them.

Seared Salmon was drenched in an unknown sauce very overwhelming. All of the sushi tasted as if the rice was 2-3days old. The rice was stale on some of the pieces in the cucumber roll and California roll. Miso soup very bland no taste. There were no chop sticks no condiments such as soy sauce wasabi nor ginger which is standard when ordering sushi and dining in. Very disappointed in this restaurant it use to be so great.
