So yeah it's a little pricey.. 18 bucks for a bowl of ramen with some pork belly:) But it was magical! So so SO good! It's a treat yourself take out!!

The lamb slid right off the bone which was tender and succulent. The mushrooms were packed with savory flavor and the cabbage gave a great acidic crunch and will definitely order again.

I was so disappointed with the Drunken Noodle bowl. The description sounded so good and I was really looking forward to eating this today for lunch. This dish is a salt bomb!!! I thought it was just my tastebuds as I normally do not like a lot of salt, but when my husband and daughter both had the same impression, I knew it wasn't just me overreacting. I did like the short rib gyoza, but stay away from the drunken noodle bowl. It is layers of salt in the broth and a heavy sauce on the noodles, which is salty, independent of the broth. Again, very disappointing for the money.

I was excited to come back for the Dan Dan noodles after really enjoying them earlier this year, but they’ve definitely changed. Instead of the traditional style with minced meat, it felt more like chow mein with pork belly. The pork belly was tasty, just not what I was expecting.
I used to love the bao bun here, but this time it caught me off guard — it kind of felt like a chicken strip in a bun with a hint of Mexican candy. Still interesting, just not the bao bun I fell in love with.

I don't like leaving reviews like this, but it is an honest review. The food is quite costly, and unfortunately, I don't think it was worth it. I've eaten here before, and it was decent when I ordered it before. However, the tonkotsu ramen this time tasted completely different and rather unpleasant. The ramen itself was not warm, which is not right, as my dasher waited for the order to be made, and I only live about 10 minutes away. The last time it was hot. I ordered an extra shoyu egg, which was forgotten. The dessert was not good; the pastry was rock hard, so it was impossible to eat. It tasted more like basil than anything, instead of a peanut butter dessert. I am not sure if I just got unlucky, but for the price, I think it is necessary to give an accurate report so others can make a more informed decision.
