Both dishes were very soggy and I ended up having to air fry them just to make them somewhat edible. It's pretty hard to mess up a pork cutlet, but they put them on top of lettuce, and somehow there was too much water and the cutlet was soggy. The vegetable fritter thing was extremely oily.
