The cold skin noodles are very refreshing and not too heavy after eating. I like the vegetables and gluten with the noodles! Just be careful of accidentally pouring too much of the Liang Pi sauce and chili oil or it might be too salty for you.
The noodles were not cut evenly for me so food preparation issue was the only problem.
