This place is phenomenal! thebest Tripa / Beef Tripe Tacos ive ever had! and the Hamburguesa La Trompuda / Burger La Trompuda and Quesadilla de Chicharrón / Fried Pork Rind Quesadilla was perfectly seasoned! I’ve honestly never written a review for a restaurant before, but I had to for this one. Last night I ordered from Los Pinches Tacos super late it was almost 1:30 AM and I was expecting something quick and average since it was so late. But wow, I was so wrong.
The tacos were excellent. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and made with care. And the salsas were amazing It’s rare to find a place that still puts out food this good that late. Definitely impressed and I’ll be ordering again. I don't have pics cause we ate up the food lol

I am really not a big fan of potatoes, especially boiled potatoes. These potatoes here though? Life changing! I don't know what they do, but they're so dang delicious! Everything was amazing!
