Chef's Special Dried Noodle with Braised Beef/香卤牛肉热干面
The House Made Dried Noodle /常青热干面 had inventive flavours; I'm glad that I ordered the extra fried egg and tea egg. The Bean Curd Pudding (Salty)/咸豆腐脑 was decent. I wish that both dishes retained their heat upon arrival, but the dasher did not insulate the food properly, so I don't blame this entirely on the restaurant. Overall, I'm willing to try food from this restaurant again.

Got the Chef's Special Dried Noodle with Braised Beef/香卤牛肉热干面 Good, but the free cup of rice wine was inaccurately listed in the description - didn't receive it.
