Enjoy the Traditions from Germany that made Hofbräuhaus Famous.
We treat ourselves to some delicious German food and it's always quite tasty.
This last time we noticed the portions were quite a bit smaller. Could have just been a one-time thing, but the German Pizza Classic only came with a few pieces for the same price as what's normally provided (and pictured). The Bier-Cheese Fries were about 2/3 the usual amount.
Not the end of the world, but as they aren't inexpensive, I thought it worth mentioning.

The pierogies were very bland, I've had frozen pierogies with more flavor. The stroganoff sauce was tasty, but it was on a bed of the most squishy gross bits of soggy dough that I think maybe 4 lives ago may have been some kind of very bland lifeless pasta. Absolutely not worth the money in the slightest! I will never order again. Also, almost no meat in the sauce, for something that costs $25 I would have expected more than 4 little chunks of meat.

I grew up going to the original Hofbrau on East 55th. This overpriced, terrible lunchmeat instead of corned beef reuben and super small potatoe pancakes were so disappointing. I'm afraid to try other past favorites, so that I won't be further disappointed!!!

This dish did not come even like warm. It was a watery soupy mess. Hardly and chicken. Portion size for the price is not appropriate. The flavor is ok.

The Wurstturm / Sausage Tower was absolutely delicious! The sauerkraut was just right. A combination of savory, a tad sweet, and just the right amount of sourness! The whole meal was delicious!
