Two Ice cream Brothers offering premium Locally Crafted Gelato in DTLA
This was for a birthday and it did not disappoint! Strawberry nesquick creme and vanilla sundae + orea cookies and creme (get the orea crunch / crisp topping--trust me!) were devoured so thoroughly that we contemplated eating the bottom of the cup just to get the rest of the ice cream.

Seriously the best ice cream in DTLA. The milkshakes are insane good!! I'm in love with the cookie butter and matcha Oreo. Ube also so fire!
The vegan flavors are the best I've had.
This spot is theee plug for my ice cream.

The Matcha Ube Brownie Sundae is the best I've ever had. And the cheesecakes are so freaking delicious! 28 Wishes has literally the best ice cream in DTLA.

Guess the portions got smaller ? I ordered a sundae with 2 flavors (ferrero rocher and blueberry muffin) and barely got any ferrero rocher lol . Tasted good but if we're gettin skimped the price should drop a little for the lack of ice cream .

I risked by ordering the Surprise Bag.
It was definitely a surprise ... I think it was a surprise by the staff too. My one note to 28 Wishes, pls write on the surprise cups the flavors.
Was it worth it? Definitely!! & yes I would order it again, LOVED the flavors. The Fudge Chocolate Brownies are LIT!
