• 24-04-06My Dasher (Robert) and the staff at the restaurant that 99% of the time I have zero issues. Thank you! The restaurant & Dashers are vigilant & ensure that food purchases are properly sealed and arrive in the same condition it was given to each Dasher. It was still hot, undamaged and showing zero evidence of mishandling if tampering.

This location consistently uses at least 2 stickers to seal your bag as well as another sticker to affix your order's receipt on the opposite side of the fold. It's a detail that is appreciated and necessary to customers for food safety.
***In only 1 out of the last 4 recent deliveries from this location, did my food appear to be tampered with and half of the food eaten. That previous order's bag was not sealed as in orders before it or the orders placed after that 1 other Dasher who delivered. The bag was crumpled. the sandwiches were smashed and the extra cost I incurred by adding the XL Famous Seasoned Fries to my Pick Two Mix and Match: Make It a Meal , the XL cup was half empty. The realization that her hands were in my food... bypassing food safety measures the restaurant uses does make me upset. I want to also stress, That's a nearly $7.00 item! (I purchased the XL cup bc I actually split my order over 2 days for 2 separate lunches.)
Her actions... is NOT the fault of the store I ordered from. I didn't think to take a picture that particular day. I should have. My food was 45 min late from the initial confirmation time stated.
In Truth... My Dasher was across the bay in Tampa but "waiting for order" in Clearwater at the restaurant. It didn't say "waiting on Dasher to arrive". She was beginning the trip to my area across the bay on the tracker, nowhere near the restaurant but it was displayed to me she was already waiting on the order to be passed into her chain of custody. She should be at the restaurant literally waiting technically on her way to the restaurant.. not in another county across the Tampa Bay. She gave no updates, no call or text to explain why the order was pushed back again and again. I could see her entire trip once her car came into the map view. She was not truthful in her status updates nor her care for my food purchase. I do not bother my Dashers while driving and waited patiently bc delays do happen. This particular day was not a restaurant delay but squarely on the Dasher.
I have debated on posting this at all but decided it was not my imagination. There was a huge difference.
***I recognize and thank my Dasher (Robert) for the care in tasks he carried out like calling to adjust my drink selection due to a restaurant need and making sure I got my delivery on time.

• 25-08-18my burger was soaked like my fingers went right though the bread when I tried to pick it. my fries were over cooked and my Cinnamon Apple Pie was not cooked completely and was limp and not crispy at all. Haven't had checkers in years and I was so excited.

• 25-06-16I orded the Unbeatable Meal Deal food was fresh but no they forgot my pie! so nothing sweet! also no napkins at all and my fries were placed upside down 😭👎🏼 this place is almost never busy and I work across the street so I frequently visit!
please do better!
