Not acidic or watery. A good balance between broth and vegetables. Veggies cooked just right. Not mushy or chewy. Might be on the salty side.

sloppy and small salad with most ingredients missing including the protein all together yet was charged over 20 bucks- really disappointing

I have ordered mushroom bisque from several different Zuppas locations. It's my favorite soup there. However, the last couple of times I ordered from the Lehi store on SR 92 (by Smith's Marketplace) the soup has been too salty. They need someone with a good pallet to sample and season their soups.

Mushroom bisque soup was so thick I could cut it with my spoon, and had oil spilling over the top of the cup and seeping through the cup. Chocolate dipped strawberries had mold on them.
