Best sashimi ever, I think these giant pieces were jumping off the plate, fresh and tasty!!!

The quality of the salmon itself was really fresh, the fish melts in your mouth. However, they never gave me soy sauce or shop sticks and there was maybe 4 slivers of ginger. So 4/5 it is.

Pike bowls are best from here v the restaurant. Not quite enough rice lately although it used to be more than enough so maybe need to settle portion size
