as per our last order from this restaurant, everything was great. they had even called to check on the egg allergy and make sure that person wasn't intending to eat the egg rolls. everything we asked for, from extra vegetables and herbs to a bit of extra sauce, was perfect. their pad Thai is excellent. not too sweet and noodles are perfectly cooked. the vermicelli with grilled pork and shrimp has a wonderful sauce. but I have to say that the sauce that came with the dumplings was exemplary. I've never tasted anything like it, I couldn't even identify the main ingredients and I'm pretty good at that. also the dumplings were excellent. there is nothing on this order that I would not order again.

finally, a restaurant that actually follows requests. we asked for extra sauce and got it. asked for extra herbs and got them. asked for no egg due to allergies and there was no egg. asked for one of the number 78 vermicelli to only have pork and no shrimp, got it. also they remembered to give us plenty of utensils. the pork is head and shoulders above anywhere else we've ordered from locally. the other places we tried seem to have ordered pork strips? or cooked pork until it was flattened and then cut it into strips? this pork, while I wish it had been a little bit thicker, was delicious. no problems whatsoever. excellent service and very pleased with this.

the Bun 78. Grilled Pork, Shrimp & Egg Roll Vermicell and Bun 81. Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl were as always excellent. we usually ask for extra nuoc cham, which we then use with the 09. Fresh Spring Rolls an excellent combination. however the 24. Combination Fried Rice was an enormous disappointment. dry, pretty tasteless. admittedly there were a fair amount of shrimp and chicken to be had, very little in the way of vegetables though and again, extremely dry. disappointing, especially since everything else we've ever ordered from here was fantastic.

Ordered Pho 39 combo special but recieved fried spring rolls that were burned and rancid. The Pad Thai was over cooked and chewy. This food isn't fit for human consumption. Very disappointing.
