Speed of the delivery was great, but the Garlic & Herb Shrimp were a disappointment. The shrimp were so tiny and mostly just breading. The flavor matched this as all I could taste was the coating. If the shrimp tail was not there, you would not have known they were shrimp at all.

The size of the 4 Piece Batter Dipped Fish Meal was amazing. They were really big and yummy. The coleslaw had a funky taste to it and the Classic Cheesecake was old. It was dried up and hard.

Ultimate Seafood Platter (with Lobster Bites) Everything was great except for the fish. I asked for regular fish and they sent hot fish and I couldn't eat it. The portions were good for the price.
They food was fresh... especially since I ha to wait over two hours for it.

I ordered the 20 20 Piece Butterfly Shrimp Meal, chose coleslaw, and the loaded bake potato (paid extra) which was to have butter (missing), sour cream (missing), chives (missing), cheese and bacon (which was a cold clump half inch by half inch placed in the potato) - the potato was warm. I also ordered the OREO® Cookies & Cream Cheesecake (paid extra) and received a plain piece of cheesecake. The shrimp were tasty, but I ran out of cocktail sauce because I only received 2 of the 3 I requested. I would have to say either the staff can't read or they just don't care about customer service. The Captain D's experience was not good -very disappointing.
The DoorDash experience was great, extremely fast and followed instructions.

Did not give me the number of shrimp I was supposed to get. Guess they were short and did not want to cook more. So disappointed because they were delicious. This dtote always chirps me on something.
