This ramen joint in the FIDI is making itself quite at home after some shops closed down, and this yuzu chicken ramen has a surprising kick as well as tang. I also had to give in to my weakness for Japanese street food like these delish squid legs with pickled ginger mayo—still so crunchy for takeout. I’m guessing it’s due to a rice flour and fizzy water batter.

The Tonkotsu Shoyu Curly Thick Ramen itself had about an inch of oil on top. Much like when you boil a potroast and whats left on top is that fat layer. The Chicke Karaagen had zero flavor. I immediately threw both away. This is by far the worst ramen I have ever had.
