• 25-04-06Really good homemade Mexican. The birria Quesa Birria Tacos are probably the best I've ever had. The My Mom's Tacos are also super good. Don't pass on their Chips, Salsa & Guac either super fresh and delicious!

• 25-12-21this was a great choice for Quesa Birria Tacos. very tasty and flavorful. there will be no disappointmentat all. now theChilaquiles Rojos O Verdes were very good. but the one thing i forgot was it is a chip dish and when getting delivered it loses it's crispy chips. which is the reason to order a Chilaquiles Rojos O Verdes. but would definitely order if at restaurant. all the food was fresh and the portions were perfect. this is a must try.

• 25-07-17This is the best Mexican food. It's like you are eating for the table of a great cook. They even added crunchy shells to my order (The Tinga Chicken Tacos) little corn tortillas hearts as a garnish to the freshest and most tasteful guacamole around. Excellent portions. I have ordered and eaten in several times. As someone who eats out frequently. Carolina's Mexican kitchen, is my go too!!!

• 25-02-07I ordered my favorite from Carolina's - the Birria Plate. The flavors are amazing and I love that it comes with a bolillo roll. Always soft and pillowy. Bonus - the leftovers with a little egg make a great breakfast in the morning.

• 24-11-16We love Carolinas. Its our new Friday night go to. The rice and beans are delicious. The tacos are sturdy, I know thats not typically a word used to describe food but if you love birria youll get it. Guac is *chefs kiss*
