I came in from out of town, this is the first thing I had the first full day I was here by suggestion of my local hosts. Got the Mike Sandwich on an everything bagel with ham and bacon added, perfect breakfast sandwich choice.
I also had the power protein smoothie, strawberry banana with peanut butter and extra whey. Not nearly as thick as a lot of smoothies I've had strawberry and banana flavor, a proper drink that was good and nutritious.

Omelet was hot and perfect. Also portion was huge. Bacon perfectly cooked and crispy. everything awesome.

The food was okay. I ordered coffee cake and instead received an Apple dessert to my dissapointment. Also, my shake had a lid with an open hole that was uncovered. I ordered a strawberry banana shake with plant protein. It was not the best flavor. I've had their non-protein shakes before and those are good.
