Our driver was prompt and friendly even with the weather conditions. 
The New Big Breakfast Burrito was awesome! The eggs and potatoes were hot and had good flavor with the bacon and sausage pulling their weight. I'd only like if this were $2-3 less it would be a great deal. 
The Chocolate Strawberry Pancakes - Side was delicious and a nice late night snack. A good price for great IHOP pancakes.

If you’re looking for a breakfast that carries you through the entire day, the Big Steak Omelette is it. It’s packed with steak strips, hash browns (inside!), peppers, onions, and mushrooms. It’s essentially a steak fajita wrapped in a massive fluffy egg blanket. The steak was surprisingly tender for a diner chain, and the side of salsa gives it the kick it needs. It’s a lot of food, so come hungry or prepare for leftovers.

This was by far one of the best door dash experiences I've ever had. Delivery was timely, and right to my hotel room door. Ihop  did not disappoint. The Breakfast Sampler was exactly as described; flavorful bacon, links and ham(ham portion was underwhelming but still delicious), the scrambled eggs  were cooked just right. Belgian Waffle Combo surpassed met my expectations. Avocado Toast could've been a bit more toasted, but avocado was ripe and tomatoes were a nice addition. Pancakes were perfect. Hash browns showed a good effort at crispy but were somewhat defeated by the steam of everything in the box. Good effort, no need to lower rating. Thank you Tukwila IHOP, I will be ordering from you again.

The fact that they send your food as a kit because you have to build it to look like the picture  with no instruction manual! Is outrageous $59 for 4 dry biscuits with cream diced strawberries and syrup : sides are burnt blocks of hash browns :(

I ordered the pancake combo with 2 pieces of sausage. Instead they gave me half a piece of thick cut ham. They cut the ham in half again and caled it 2 pieces...it was half a piece. The hash browns tasted frozen and microwaved. The portion was very small for $22. It was honestly a huge disappointment.
