This is the second time that I have ordered from this business, & not received all of my order. I also could not reach the business by phone, this second time, because the number was not working. I have lost significant money each of the times I have ordered from Falafel Inc. I am not motivated to put any future orders, because there seems to be some kind of management issues in regards to their pickup system. It is very disappointing, as I do like their food & do consider them one of the best falafel places in our area

Usually like this store, they have really good food. But I've experienced issues with them twice now where they don't follow instructions. I asked for no white sauce and paid an extra 0.50 for red sauce. Instead, they gave me white sauce and that extra red sauce I requested is also white sauce.

Sorry but You should not call it Shawarma, its only a normal chicken wrap, not a lot of chicken even in the wrap, taste less than even expected, i dont recommend this place if you are looking for shawarma, will not try it again for sure even if they sell the wrap with 5$, not worth 16$ at all.
Falafel was ok but also i wont try it in the future,
