with my most recent order, I requested extea beef balls and was charged the extra 2-3 dollars for it, which is fine, but when I received my order, I did not get my extra beef balls. This would be the second time I did not receive my complete order. last time, I ordered a beef pho with Tripe but did not receive any. I didn't say anything then cause it was the first time I ordered, but this is the second time i ordered and paid for something and did not receive all items. Food otherwise tasted delicious
