The option won't let you choose more than 1 type of meat so I added it to the order note and they listen and I'm so grateful. The lengua was plump and not dried out. The al pastor was flavorful and the tripas was clean and crispy. Good size portion and the horchata just hit right, not overall saturated or watery.

So good! The chips was crunchy and the salsa was nice and spicy and super tasty on top of the tacos! The corn was so good and easy and creamy as well!! The portion was huge and I was so full halfway through my portion! I will definitely be ordering form here again!

Tamale Tuesday!! I love the food at this truck. Just recently discovered and enjoyed every time I've ordered. The tamales are big and satisfying.
