Pollo Milanese and Risotto ai Funghi -so good! Like an Italian nonna cooked you a meal. The risotto was cooked perfectly al dente, and not smothered with cheese. You can actually taste the mushroom flavor - just perfect! And the chicken was juicy, tender, and flavorful with justenough sauce drizzled on top of it. Comes with soft roasted potatoes.
