I sincerely appreciate the owner of the restaurant for reading my note! I feed a picky child, and I asked for K2. Kid's Grilled Chicken with Steamed Rice to be packaged separately for them. My wife loved the P12. Noodle Soup with White Meat Chicken , and I'd never had a S1. House Salad so fresh. I'm on a diet and needed low-carb, low-fat, high-protein and was glad they had prawn salad option. Grateful to have found a valuable and flavorful place to feed my family, and they were open on a holiday! Bless you for working when others don't, some people depend on it.

There’s honestly nothing special about this spot. The portions are very small, especially considering the price and the size I ordered.
I ordered two large phởs, along with two orders of meatballs with broth and a side of meatballs. I was supposed to receive two meatballs with broth, but only received one. I called the restaurant to explain the issue and was told I had only been refunded $5.77, even though the item I did not receive costs $8.40.
When I explained this to the woman on the phone, she responded, “You got a refund, so I don’t see what the problem is.” The problem is that I did not receive the item I paid for, and I was not given a full refund for it.
Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Poor customer service and not an experience I would recommend.

Pho Tai is very huge portion compared to other store, come with thin slice raw beef to keep tender. However, I don't like broth too much as I think it is not as well made as other store.

The food may be pricey, but it is delicious. Fresh ingredients and they pay attention to special instructions. Great portions too!

Small Pho portion was smaller than other restaurants and no condiments were included even though that option was checked - not worth $22
