I order 6 sesame and 6 poppy. These bagels are simply the best in Ottawa. Perfectly formed, the right density, lots of sesame and poppy seeds. Best word to describe- Yum. Never disappointed .

8 of the 12 bagels were badly burnt on one side. I threw out the burnt tops and matched the remains pieces. As a result I got 8 bagels for the price of 12. Not a good deal.

Bagels great. There's a price discrepancy. Menu says 11.99/6 bagels but switches to $14.48 on bill. Please fix.

Amazing bagels and sandwiches, they even put a note on one of the bags because they were out of all dressed bagels one day. Thats customer service that a lot of places could learn from.
