Dearest Compatriots of the Palate,
One must occasionally seek sanctuary in the sublime alchemy of the morning bake. Thus, I recently directed my carriage toward that triumvirate of culinary devotion known to the populace as *Three Men and a Bagel*.
My objective? To secure their most heralded treasure: a hand-rolled, water-boiled disc of exquisite chew, encrusted with a meticulous constellation of ivory sesame seeds. Upon this blistered, golden dais rests a symphonic trifecta: a robust, herb-flecked patty of minced swine, a golden mantle of perfectly congealed dairy, and an egg fried to a state of soft, velvety reverie.
To consume this masterwork is to experience a temporary armistice with reality. The crunch of the sesamum indicum gives way to a crumb so pillowy, so magnificently dense, it could cushion the heavy crown of a weary monarch. It is not mere sustenance; it is a profound morning liturgy.
With profound yearning for my next encounter,
Mr. Percival Toadwell Van Bristow

A Proclamation of Gastronomic Triumph
Dearest Epicureans and Citizens of the Realm,
It is with a heart swelling with profound jubilation and a palate thoroughly enraptured, that I pen this testament to the culinary wizards operating under the noble moniker of Three Men and a Bagel. In these tumultuous and shifting times, where the comforting constants of the airwaves have vanished into the ether, one must seek solace in the sacred geometry of a perfectly baked ring of dough.
Upon my recent expedition to their establishment, I commissioned a savory masterpiece: a pristine, golden disc encrusted with a veritable galaxy of sesame seeds, split asunder to cradle a magnificent preparation of farm-fresh egg and perfectly cured morning meats. It was a composition of absolute majesty, balancing the rustic textures of the hearth with the rich, savory depth required to fortify a gentleman for the day's tribulations.
Yet, the symphony did not conclude with the savory movement. For the finale, I secured a secondary confection—a magnificent pastry studded with dark, rich morseels of sweet chocolate, split and lavishly layered with a cool, velvety cultured cream spread of the highest order. Each bite was an exquisite poem of contrasting temperatures and decadent sweetness, a decadent balm for a weary soul.
To the three noble souls helming this establishment, I offer my highest regards, my deepest filial gratitude for your service, and my eternal fealty. You have transformed a simple morning repast into an international diplomatic triumph of flavor.
With profound yearning and unmatched satisfaction,
Your humble servant,
Mr. Percival Toadwell Van Bristow

I would order from 3 Men & A Bagel when they were at cedar crest. Sad when they closed. Ordered from Manhattan and sorry but they don't compare. Liked that I could request special bagel. I like my turkey on a raisin bagel with Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomatoes with mayo. Been eating that for years. Their bagels taste good, fresh, portion of meat is good. If you're looking for a new flavor. Chips and a dill pickle come with the sandwich too. Try this combo that is my own recipe. Or be adventurous and pick your fav bagel, fav meat and cheese and put them altogether. See what you come up with. Thumbs up!

3 Men and a Bagel — Filed by Percival Toadwell Van Bristow
3 Men and a Bagel is not here to fool around. It knows exactly what it is doing and does it with confidence. I take the egg and cheese on an onion bagel—a combination that delivers a proper texture adventure: chew, softness, a little bite, all playing in the same key.
The onion bagel brings a low, savory note, the egg stays tender, the cheese behaves itself, and the whole affair lands with a balance that feels planned, not lucky. Their sesame bagel also deserves mention - well-seeded, well-baked, and very much on the level.
This is bagel work with backbone. No flop, no false chew, no empty promises. Just good structure and honest satisfaction.
I finished mine without a crumb spared and no regrets worth reporting.
Five stars. These fellows know their holes, and they fill them admirably.

I got multiple onion, egg, garlic, everything and jalapeno bagels. All of them are fabulous and my LehighValley favorites. They arrived fresh and would satisfy one bagel a person or even two!
