I got a cod sandwich. Think they have the best fish sandwich in town. Got fries. It's expensive but excellent worth it.

Order took extremely long! And then food was not fresh! ButterBurger® was not good quality! Buns are not up to a butter bun standard. Bun was old, flaky, and FLAT! Very disappointing and no way compares to Culver's quality in Fairview Heights location. Wisconsin Cheese Curds were also not fresh & cheese inside was very dry and outer was crunchy & over cooked! Price did NOT compare with quality! This was not the first time Culver's has been disappointing with their food quality & speed of service. We will not be going back for a good long while! Very sad.

I couldn't wait to try their burgers and I was VERY disappointed, to say the least. The burger was burnt on one side and dried out on the other, yet somehow pink in the middle. The fries and shake were good.

the food i received was good, the order was missing the cod, it came in a sealed bag, but Culers said it was Door Dash fault.  It's beyond me how that can be. Culvers was quick, to offer a comp dinner, but in the past they have never sent the comp dinner as promised.  Culvers has great food as well as their products, but their service is lacking organization which is why I don't do the drive thru,
