Late-night Asian fusion eats that do not disappoint. We tried both roll and bowl, and were left pleasantly satisfied.
Fried Noodles/udon are udon with assorted veg (broccoli, green onion, bean sprouts) and your choice of protein. I chose shrimp which came juicy and perfectly cooked (even delivered). only note is that the shrimp seem to be lightly battered and ended up being soggy. this wasn't a problem as the coating was so light, it wasn't noticeable. The portion size was huge too. I almost couldn't finish it.
The sushi items I ordered (Salmon / 6 Pcs , Ika Nigiri / 2 Pcs , Salmon (Atlantic) Nigiri / 2 Pcs ) were all made fresh to order and delicious. you can tell care and attention goes into the sushi as the garnish is not your cookie cutter sushi joint "plastic grass" and iceberg lettuce. There were fresh micro greens, and little cherry tomatoes.
10/10. Will definitely be back to try some of the specialty rolls. Food was excellent, fresh, and great value for what you get!

Noodles were surprisingly good. Lots of very plump shrimp, and melted cabbage. Sesame sauce is yummy, and negitoro roll had lots of tuna.

This place is a gem! Tried the highly recommended General Tso's Chicken Cutlet, Mango Salmon / 8 Pcs which were delicious! We also had some scallop & unagi nigiri, dynamite, and miso. Everything was very tasty and fresh! Miso and Kappa were devoured by our little guy, high praise! Can't wait to try some more of the menu.

Rolls are delicious, served very nice, portions are big enough. I liked eel, very tender. Also like how crispy is D-Cali house roll.
